Graduate Customer Liaison Manager

This is a small busy company based in Kenilworth working with organisers of exhibitions and conferences; using innovative technologies to promote their events and manage registration of visitors, exhibitors and delegates at venues throughout the country They are now looking to add to their small and friendly team with an enthusiastic and motivated graduate to take on the role of Customer Liaison Manager.

The Graduate Customer Liaison Manager will take responsibility for managing clients and their exhibition requirements. The Graduate Customer Liaison Manager will manage the client requirements through to project delivery and also provide after care. Dealing with any telephone and e-mail enquiries from clients the Graduate Customer Liaison Manager will take ownership of issues. Using your initiative and creative thinking you will then strive to find suitable solutions. In this business the customer is king, so the main function of the role is to provide excellent quality of customer service.

Applicants should be degree educated, or hold an equivalent level of qualification, with an excellent grasp of IT and outstanding communication skills. With bags of enthusiasm you will have exemplary people skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the telephone and via e-mail and written correspondence. You should also have demonstrable presentation skills and a real passion for providing customer service excellence, as such any previous customer service experience would be a distinct advantage. Applicants should hold a full driving licence as some travel to customer sites and exhibition halls will be expected.
