As a Graduate Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for helping our client's impressive customer base through placing orders and handling any queries they may have. In addition, the successful candidate will also be involved with product set-up and marketing activities.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will be able to demonstrate the enthusiasm to provide exceptional customer service. You will need to be well-organised, with great attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills. It is essential that candidates are confident over the telephone and are computer literate.
