Our client is currently looking to recruit a Graduate Implementation Consultant to join their team. Based in Coventry, the company specialise in the supply of Accounting and Business management software in order to assist companies with efficiency and profitability. As part of the companies delivery programme the Graduate Implementation Consultant will be responsible for assessing business needs and delivering exceptional service, in order to implement the most effective solutions.

Graduate Implementation Consultant (alternative job titles may include: Account Manager, Project Co-ordinator, Technical Consultant, Systems Analyst)
Redditch (may suit candidates located in: Birmingham, Worcester, Kidderminster, Solihull)
£15,000-£18,000
Key duties include:
*Successful project implementation.
*Liaising with key project managers to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner, within budget.
*Monitoring projects.
*Co-ordinating documentation for configuration and training.
*Ensuring smooth handovers.
*Establishing strong product knowledge of all business applications to provide best service.
Candidates will be educated to degree level and will ideally have an accounting/book-keeping qualification. Candidates will be IT literate and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Candidates will also have knowledge of the following:
*Computer based accounting (eg: Sage, Navision, Hansa etc)
*Implementing Payroll, HR and CRM systems.
*Database building/Macro configuration
*Project Implementation tools (Microsoft Project methodologies such as PRINCE)
*Delivering product training.
Candidates will be resourceful, enthusiastic and committed to delivering the highest level of service. The successful Implementation Consultant will be organised, reliable and highly motivated.
The client will provide full product training.
