Graduate Insurance Operations Executive

This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join one of the UK's leading general insurers as a Graduate Insurance Operations Executive. Our client is looking for a graduate who has some previous experience within administration to join their team in Warwickshire.

Job title: Graduate Insurance Operations Executive (alternate job titles could include Administration Manager, Administrator, PA or Operations Co-ordinator)
Location: Warwick (would suit candidates living in Leamington Spa, Coventry or Birmingham)
Salary: £18-22k (depending on experience)

As the Graduate Insurance Operations Executive you would be working closely with the agency partners to implement new administrative policies and procedures. As well as being responsible for the administration you will also get involved in all aspects of the business to include sales support, customer service and account management and accounts and finance.

We are looking for a graduate who has bags of enthusiasm, is a creative thinker and always thinking of new ideas.

This is a hugely varied role where you can really come in and make the role your own!

This role is in the insurance arena and therefore you will be expected to undertake industry qualifications and examinations.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have proven experience within administration and be able to demonstrate where you have changed and implemented new procedures or initiatives. You will also have a sound knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working in a senior admin role or deputising for a senior administrator would be advantageous!

In addition you will have a keen eye for detail, first class communication skills both verbal and written as well as exceptional organisation skills! Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to think outside of the box is also essential!!
