This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate internal sales executive to join a leading insurer based in Warwickshire. Our client is looking for a degree qualified sales professional to join their team!

This role will involve introducing a well respected and established brand and selling a range of products to a wide range of businesses! Duties will include telesales activity to canvass new business over the telephone. This is more of a consultative sell as you will be building long standing relationships and really assessing the customer's requirements.

Other accountabilities will include cross selling, planning sales and marketing initiative across all areas of the business as well as producing correspondences to set time frames.

Our client is looking to recruit for talented graduate sales professionals who have bags of enthusiasm and a real drive and determination to succeed!

This role is in the insurance arena and therefore you will be expected to undertake industry qualifications and examinations.

The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have previous experience within a telesales/internal sales environment; possess excellent negotiation skills along with a flexible attitude to work. If you do have any sales experience in insurance this would be desirable however this is not essential!
