Graduate Java Developer required by our client based in Tenbury.

Initial duties will include;
1.Communicating with select customers in order to evaluate and understand their reporting requirements and understand the required changes to product deliverables
2.Working with the Development team to understand and specify any required enhancements to the base product code in order to implement required extra dashboard/reporting features
3. Producing specification and project plan outlining the required extra features and dashboards/reports
4. Developing extra reports and dashboard features in line with determined requirements in line with the project plan
5. Creating end user documentation describing how the reports should be configured and used
The successful candidate will have good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with technical users in order to obtain requirements and translate them into a specification and project plan, programming skills including Java,Jboss, Hibernate and web design and the ability to work in a small team taking the initiative and lead when required.
It is desirable if the successful candidate has a degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) at 2.2 level or above. Programming skills including eclipse and BIRT are an advantage also exposure to computer networks and there set up is also desirable.
