We are looking to recruit a graduate to join our client's busy manufacturing team - preferably with a material science, process engineering or general engineering degree.
The role will initially involve working on projects to get an understanding of the technical & process aspects of our clients products, with strong potential for the position to move into either a purely technical role or into a manufacturing management role where candidates could be managing upwards of 30 members of staff with process responsibility. The choice would be dependent upon your own strengths and weaknesses.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, proven problem solving skills, and a passion for engineering. Candidates with placement experience preferred but not essential. Candidates most importantly should demonstrate strong team working skills.
Salary level will be £13,500 on commencement - reviewed on a 6 monthly basis for 2 yrs - then annually.
