Based in Coventry, our client is looking for an innovative and hard-working New Product Development Technologist to provide extensive support in all aspects of product development. Salary: up to £15,000
Main responsibilities include:
*Organising and assisting factory trials - communicating with relevant departments and briefing team members.
*Analysing trial results and applying results to verify specifications for new and existing products.
*Demonstrating knowledge of key ingredients.
*Providing technical support to the department and business.
*Generate concept samples/recipes as for market research purposes and product briefings.
Candidates will hold a minimum of a 2.2 degree in a Food Technology related discipline. Previous experience within the FMCG sector would be advantageous. Candidates will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of food science and the processes involved in new product development.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, creative and committed to establishing a career in the food industry.
