Our client specialising in manufacturing precious metal contacts, based in Redditch is looking to recruit for a Graduate Operations Assistant.

Location: Redditch (may also suit candidates in Worcester, Solihull, Kidderminster)
Salary: £18 - 23k (depending on experience)
The role will involve manipulating, enhancing and managing databases. You will be involved in making changes to the internal systems, assisting with stocktakes and using a SQL based bespoke system. Any knowledge of SQL Server databases would be advantageous. Ideally candidates will have had some commercial experience from a placement.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold a similar equivalent level qualification. Candidate must hold a 1st class or 2:1 degree, ideally in an Engineering or Science related subject. Experience of 3D Cad would be highly desired. You will also possess first class communication skills, excellent organisation skills as well as good Excel and Access experience.
