Graduate Reception Administrator

Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is currently looking to recruit a Graduate Reception Administrator to join their company. This independent pharmaceutical company are responsible for the manufacture of wholesale pharmaceuticals to supply to pharmacies and wholesalers, from their modern manufacturing facility in Birmingham. They require a friendly, efficient and competent receptionist to join their team in order to support business operations.

Duties include:
*Handling incoming calls/correspondence in a professional manner.
*Sending out e-mails to clients.
*Providing a high level of customer service.
*Handling client orders.
*Recording orders and relevant data/administration.
*Updating records.
*Liaising with appropriate senior employees.
*General administrative tasks.

Candidates will be educated to degree or HND standard in any discipline. Candidates will be able to demonstrate relevant experience within a reception/customer service capacity. Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry would be advantageous.
