This is a great opportunity for a Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join our client who provides recruitment, staff training and human resource support. Our client is based in Worcester and is looking for a graduate to will partner with one of their experienced recruitment managers who will train you to become a successful, high achieving recruiter!

Job Title: Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Location: Worcester
Salary: 14-16k

This role will include;
* Business development-Contacting businesses (locally and nationally)
* Writing job adverts.
* Matching candidates to jobs.
* Writing CV's
* Offering advice on interview techniques and adhering to employment law.
* Achieving financial and activity based targets.
* Attending networking events, seminars and industry conferences.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will have a strong desire to succeed and you will have a professional attitude towards the industry and be willing to work hard for the more generous rewards that will come in time.
You will receive extensive on the job training giving you the confidence and creditability to speak with business leaders and owners about their recruitment processes.
