Overview of Role:
Will perform a range of administration duties to ensure the smooth and effective running of the Sales and Marketing Office. Duties will include coordination of enquiries, meetings, maintenance and upkeep of CRM and proposal system, generation of promotional and marketing material as well as support and organising events and conferences. The successful candidate, undergraduate or newly qualified, must be able to work in a pressurised environment, have a confident yet diplomatic and professional manner with plenty of initiative.

Qualifications:
A first degree in a business administration or marketing
Relevant experience in a sales support or marketing role

Skills Required:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confident telephone manner
Strong relationship building skills for existing and prospective clients
Attention to detail and commitment to deliver information/projects to tight time scales
Good presentation skills - production and delivery
Good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to understand and articulate business improvement service offerings
Work on own initiative with a 'willing to try' approach, along with ability to work as part of a team and help to achieve a common goal

Responsibilities:

Sales
Act as point of contact to receive enquiries and distribute to the appropriate Sector Lead / Account Manager
Coordinate and minute key actions of Sales & Marketing meetings
Enter data into CRM and ensure all records are correct and up to date
Coordinate and manage proposal generation process
Support sales team in generation of suitable presentation and marketing material
Book and manage travel arrangements for the sales team
Support preparation of Sales and Marketing reports
Marketing
Support the organisation and attendance of events, conferences and exhibitions
Assist in the preparation and development of case studies and other promotional material
Maintain adequate stock of marketing and promotional material
Support and undertake market research and report generation, including competitor and market intelligence
Support development of training service offering and package
Support upkeep of company web site
