Job Title: Graduate Sales Position / Graduate Business Development Executive
Salary:
* £18,000 Basic salary OTE £30,000 year one, £50,000 year two

The Company: A global name in the corporate insurance sector this organisation is an excellent place for a bright, ambitious and commercially astute graduate to start their career. To fuel growth they need to take on a team of graduate sales consultants based from their office.
The Role: Working as in the commercial sales and tendering team you will sell insurance services for the commercial market. Leads will be provided to you however it's vital that you can generate new business opportunities. Initially as a trainee you will identify opportunities for the senior sales team to visit and close. Once you're fully trained you will be involved in the sales process from start to finish and will go on regular sales visits. Prospects to move into senior business development exist after 18 months.
Responsibilities will include:
* Developing new business
* Selling at director level
* Working towards weekly objectives
For this Graduate position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Target orientated
* Degree qualified in a business subject
* Excellent presentation skills
* Smartly presented
