Highly organised and efficient Service Co-ordinator required by an innovative retail support company. Based in Bromsgrove our client is looking for a graduate to join their team to be responsible for client service delivery. Specialising in retail software and services, the role will focus upon customer and engineer liaison.

£13,000-£15,000
Key duties:
*Organisation of the engineering workflow to meet service level commitments, including regular daily liaison with the field force.
*Operating the company CRM system to ensure up to the minute accuracy on call processing.
*Assistance and liaison for customer escalations.
*Daily processing of field force paperwork and invoicing preparation.
*Supporting the departmental Manager in the provision of customer reports and the completion of key daily managerial tasks.
The successful Service Co-ordinator will be educated to degree level and will have previous experience of co-ordinating field based engineers and controlling work flows in a customer service environment.
Candidates will have excellent knowledge of UK road networks in order to effectively support field based engineers.
Candidates will work well within a team environment and have knowledge of CRM systems. Candidates will have strong computer skills including MS Office. The successful Service Co-ordinator will be a confident communicator, remaining calm under pressure, enthusiastic and highly motivated. Candidates will be committed to exceeding targets and customer expectations.
