We are seeking a junior developer to join our development team developing Business Process Management (BPM) applications for the web, desktop and mobile devices using ASP.Net, SharePoint, Windows Forms with the key programming languages being C#, JavaScript, Objective-C and Java.
The ideal candidate will have experience of object oriented programming using at least two of the above programming languages, with Objective-C using Cocoa Touch being of particular interest at this time.
Having an application available from the Apple App Store would be highly beneficial.
Since a significant part of our market is a web browser based application, knowledge of XHTML and CSS 2/2.1 (for layout as well as appearance) targeting multiple vendors' browsers are also required.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of modern software development and debugging tools available for the various platforms together with problem-solving skills. Guidance and mentoring will be provided, but they will be able to plan their own work without close supervision.
They should be articulate, pro-active and ready to ask for assistance when required.
Experience may have been gained during their higher education or industry. Experience of test-driven development and agile techniques would also be beneficial.
Previous knowledge of BPM is not required because on-the-job training will be provided as required.
