This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, organised and driven Graduate Strategic Analyst to join a market leading logistics business based in Birmingham on a 12 month contract. This role will suit Graduates who have a natural confidence and ability to present complex information in a concise and clear-cut manner.
Role: Graduate Strategic Analyst
Salary: £22,000 (12 month contract)
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
As a Graduate Strategic Analyst, you will support the Development Manager in the successful delivery of a variety of strategic projects by providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis. Furthermore, your role will include:
*To support business development and sales teams with pricing and revenue models
*To contribute to operational forecasting models
*Report on key performance indicators and disseminate information in a clear and concise manner
*Interrogate company databases to provide both reactive and proactive trend analysis
*Undertake analysis that supports the company in securing new business, improving account profitability and enhancing customer retention
*Provide data analysis to internal colleagues and external customers
*Work across all departments within the company, providing data analysis and intelligence
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant degree and will benefit from some previous commercial experience in a similar position. Furthermore, we are preferably seeking graduates with degree's that allows them to demonstrate an understanding of data analysis, techniques and statistical intelligence. In addition, you will need to be confident when dealing with a high level of numerical competency and IT literacy.
