Our client is looking to recruit a Graduate Developer/Systems Administrator to join our team based in Warwickshire.
As part of your role you will be required to review and re-organise the infrastructure contents of their helpdesk system. You will be working with the Change, Problem and Incident Management team as well as the Configuration team in preparation for the planned upgrades. Once these have been completed you will take on the day to day administration of the system including those that are currently with the Service Desk.
Within the role you will also be implementing any recommendations from the suppliers of the helpdesk system and expanding on the use of existing functionality.
Candidates that have got knowledge of HTML, Java, XML and SQL would be highly advantageous.
