Graduate Trainee Recruitment Administrator/Account Manager immediately required by a successful recruitment management company. Based in Telford, our client specialise in assisting a variety of organisations with their recruitment process as a result of a unique HR and recruitment management solution. They are looking to recruit a motivated and efficient Graduate to join their team, to be responsible for co-ordinating client services.
Job title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Administrator/Account Manager
Location: Telford
Salary: £16,000-£18,000 (dependant on experience)
Duties of the role:
*Generating job descriptions and producing job adverts.
*Organising interviews
*Developing interview systems - telephone interviews/behavioural profiling.
*Sifting and shortlisting CVs.
*Conducting interviews.
*Client liaison.
*General administration.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will demonstrate a strong interest in the recruitment process. Candidates will possess previous experience within a recruitment/HR/administrative environment.
Candidates will be flexible, proactive and a strong team player. Candidates will be looking to work in a busy, fast paced environment where they will share their ideas and work on their own initiative.
Full UK driving license required.
