Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Birmingham
Salary: up to £18,000 + commission

Duties of the role include:

*Partaking in an active business development programme, such as telephone calls and client presentations, in order to generate new and prospective vacancies. Cold calling is a major part of the role, so you must be comfortable with picking up the phone and making calls to key decision makers.
*Handling a large candidate database, screening and interviewing potential applicants.
*Assessing candidate suitability for roles and the requirements of the client.
*Representing both candidates and clients throughout the application and interview process.
