Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Our client in the Recruitment sector is currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work at their offices based in Birmingham City Centre. They are an established company specialising in professional temporary recruitment. This would be an exciting opportunity for graduates with the drive and ambition to succeed within the recruitment industry.

Duties of the role include:
*Partaking in an active Business development programme, such as telephone calls and client presentations, in order to generate new and prospective vacancies.
*Handling a large candidate database, screening and interviewing potential applicants.
*Assessing candidate suitability for roles and the requirements of the client.
*Representing both candidates and clients throughout the application and interview process.
