Working in the Birmingham office the chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing and identifying candidates for specific client briefs for a variety of different roles. The role will also involve qualifying candidates interest over the telephone and completing initial telephone screenings.
Other duties will include carrying out candidate searches on the database as well as writing and posting new job adverts. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
The successful candidate will be a graduate and have gained some commercial work experience. This could be gained from your university placement, internship or other work experience. In addition you will be ambitious, tenacious, resilient and incredibly hard working!

Salary: up to £18k (depending on experience) + OTE
