Job title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment- Digital/IT
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £15-18k+ commission
The role will involve working in a resourcing capacity to identify candidates for a wide variety of roles within the digital/IT arena. You will be qualifying candidates over the telephone, assessing their suitability for roles as well as completing candidate search and selection activity. You will also be canvassing new business over the telephone to bring on new opportunities within the sector.
Full training will be provided and there is fantastic scope for progression for the chosen candidate!
The successful candidate will be a graduate ideally with a degree in a IT, Business, Media or marketing related discipline! You will also be eager to begin a career in recruitment and business development! Any proven business to business sales experience would be advantageous however is not essential!
However ambition, tenacity, enthusiasm and a creative flair are a must! You will also have exemplary communication and interpersonal skills and be able to think outside of the box!
