Our client is currently looking to recruit a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their established team. They are an established specialist recruitment company working with both the agricultural and industrial sectors.

This would be an exciting opportunity for graduates with the drive and ambition to succeed within the recruitment industry.


Job Title: Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Tamworth
Salary:18k plus commission.
Job Type: Permanent.



The successful candidate will be proactively sourcing new business, developing new and existing clients aswell as talking over the phone and face to face.
You will be Working with and maintaining the candidate database to screen and interview potential applicants, this includes short listing candidates for roles and the requirements of the client.
The successful candidate will be representing both candidates and clients throughout the application and interview process.

Candidates must be educated to degree level and own their own car.
Ideal candidates will be ambitious, with a desire to succeed and have excellent team skills.
