Role: Graduate Web Developer
Salary: £18,000 - 22,000
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Using your drive for continuous improvement and your methodical and analytical approach, you will be involved in the following tasks:
*Support of existing e-Commerce Web
*Development of high quality Web based applications
*Assisting in design, scoping and implementation of web page designs for external customers
*Contribute ideas and suggestions to the development team
*Assist members of the e-Commerce development team and liaise with internal & external customers regarding the implementation of web solutions
*Build and test new web based software
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (Computer Science or similar). You will be a logical thinker with a natural problem-solving ability. You will be able to demonstrate previous experience within an e-Commerce Web development environment with knowledge and experience of the following skills:
*JAVA, NetBeans or ASP.NET
*HTML, JavaScript, CSS
*Knowledge of COM or Web Services
*Design skills such as: HTML, DHTML, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CSS Stylesheets, Macromedia/Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver
*Online payment systems such as Worldpay
Candidates will also benefit if they hold a Microsoft, Sun or CIW certification.
