We have a fantastic opportunity for a NEBOSH qualified Health, Safety & Environment Manager to develop and continually improve Health & Safety across a FMCG / Food manufacturing environment.

The successful Health, Safety & Environment Manager will offer expert knowledge and skills in order assist with the interpretation and translation of the health and safety requirements. To generate and promote a positive health and safety culture, representing a key role in helping control occupational risk. You will be responsible for ensuring that all safety legislation is adhered to and policies and practices are adopted. You will also be responsible to help plan, implement, and monitor and review the protective and preventative measures both internal and external, carrying out Risk Assessments, Health and Safety Audits, Accident investigations, COSHH, monitoring progress, behavioural change, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), Report follow ups, and to work in partnership in coaching at all levels with Managers, Supervisors, Team leaders, Engineering and Production teams.

The successful Health, Safety & Environment Manager will preferably be from FMCG / Food, or a manufacturing background with basic food hygiene standards, you will have a NEBOSH Certificate or can be working towards NEBOSH Diploma.
