With a recent background in SOFTWARE application helpdesk/service desk customer support, you will have an excellent opportunity to follow a progressive career path with a fantastic software company! You will be required to provide full technical helpdesk support on the company's bespoke software products and full training will be provided on these products.
It is essential that you have a SOFTWARE application support background providing customer helpdesk/service desk support on a company's software application to external customers. Any knowledge supporting HR database software or Recruitment related software is highly desirable for this role. This position involves shift work and a full driving license is required.
