This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR and Training Administrator to join a large and successful logistics business in Birmingham. If you are already CIPD qualified, or are working towards this qualification, then this is the perfect opportunity to demonstrate your skills within a thriving and challenging environment. This role is a maternity cover position until the end of 2012 on a part-time basis.

Role: HR and Training Administrator
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £10.30 per hour. (Part-time - Maternity Cover)

As a HR and Training Administrator you will include a range of activities which include:

*Providing an extensive administrative service to the individual HR and Training Administrators assigned Departments

*Raising Contract of Employments for external and internal employees

*Complete HR1 Forms for all monthly employee New Starters, Change of Employment Details and Leavers

*Advert Management

*Processing Job References

*Co-ordinating Training Courses

*Updating the Recruitment Website

The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline. You will benefit from previous experience within a HR environment. You will be an excellent communicator and natural organiser who can consistently provide a high level of quality work in an efficient and accurate manner. Furthermore, candidates will benefit from knowledge of maintaining and improving a PS Enterprise System.

Candidates working towards, or have completed, a CIPD qualification will be beneficial.
