We are currently looking for an Humanities Teacher who is keen to work in an inner city Sandwell School, at school with excellent facilities and supportive management team.
The position is available immediately and is likely to run until December 2012.
You must be able to teach across the Humanities spectrum and ideally have a specialism in Geography and have knowledge of the Travel and Tourism Curriculum. A willingness to teach other humanities subjects will be a distinct advantage.
The school encourages all teaching staff to constantly challenge themselves inwardly to ensure that teaching standards are raised and that all students have clear expectations. You will be expected to perform the duties of a full time member of staff and take part in extracurricular activities.
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidates will be confident and have a positive approach, as well as having relevant qualifications, the right to work in the UK, 2 professional references from within the last 2 years and a valid CRB.
