An ICT Strategist is required for a contract role based in Cambridge for an initial 3 month duration.
The ICT Strategist will be required to develop a major new IT Strategy for a local government, including collaborating with internal and external partners.
The ideal candidate will have:
A Deep theoretical knowledge and experience of IT, in particular how it affects local government and partners
Knowledge of business and high-level technical systems integration issues between partners and suppliers
Experience and knowledge of IT policy and strategy formulation
Technical credibility with colleagues and partners
The ability to understand and interpret the bigger picture
The ability to analyse complex issues and quickly identify possible solutions
