We are looking to recruit an Internal Sales Advisor to join our team based in Solihull, West Midlands.
We are a world leader within the construction industry and due to continued growth have the opportunity for a Graduate Sales Advisor to join their team.

Job Title - Internal Sales Advisor
Location - Solihull, West Midlands
Salary - £18,000 - £22,000 dependent upon experience

As part of your role you will be responsible for a wide-range of proactive sales and promotion activity closely coordinated with our external sales teams. You will play a key role in the telesales capability within the group, also providing technical advice and support to customers and the sales the force via a technical helpdesk facility. You will also be building and maintaining relationships both internally and externally

Because of the changing nature of our business the job responsibilities will inevitably change. You will, from time to time, be required to undertake other activities of a similar nature that fall within your capabilities and as directed by management.

Experience of working with a Telesales role within a customer-focussed environment is essential for the role, as well experience of working closely with a field-based sales team

Candidates will be educated to degree level, ideally within a Marketing degree although other degrees will also be considered. Knowledge of construction products and their applications would be desirable.
