Job title: IT Sales Support Advisor

Salary: £15,000-£20,000
Main duties include:
*Pre/post sales support - implementing software at customer site, initial tailoring and customisation to customer requirements.
*Product demonstrations.
*First line support for customer queries, responsible for qualifying customer issues before escalating to product development team.
*Product documentation development and updates.
*Product testing prior to release.
Candidates will be educated to degree level in Computer Science or an IT related discipline, having achieved a minimum of a 2.2 classification.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
*Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with customers and technical users in order to obtain requirements and translate them into a specification and project plan.
*Good understanding of system and network management including network topology, firewalls, routing, switching, SNMP, WMI.
*Web development skills, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Tag Libraries.
Candidates will be highly motivated and will work effectively as part of a team, as well as taking the lead when required. Candidates will be committed to all aspects of the company's development and support.
