A Support Analyst at 3rd Line level is required to be based in Cambridge for an initial 3 month contract.
The role will be responsible for 3rd line server support in a Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory environment. Candidates must have MCSE qualification or equivalent.
The following skills are required:
- Active Directory
- folder shares
- network printing
- DNS
- DHCP
- DFS
- Data Protector restores
- Exchange 2003
- SQL 2005/2008 support
- Microsoft Office
The following are desirable:
- remote access
- Citrix support
- an understanding of networks
Certification in any of the above would be highly advantageous.
Candidates should be advised that some heavy lifting may be involved within this role.
There may be rare occasions when the worker will need to attend sites around the county, therefore a current driving licence is required.
