We are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst for a well regarded employer based in the West Midlands. The role will require you to work on the IT Service Desk, providing high level technical expertise to both the desktop and application environments.

The successful candidate will contribute to the achievement of Business & Corporate Plan objectives by providing appropriate and effective technical support to staff for queries regarding software services. You will provide an excellent technical support service, offering loyalty and trustworthiness with a great attitude, clear focus and perseverance - contributing knowledge and skills to the continued success of the business.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification in IT. You will also have a minimum of 1 years experience working in an IT Technical support capacity.
