A Motivated and driven Manufacturing Engineer is required to join a growing customer-focused engineering business who manufacture ceramic components, assemblies and related products for niche applications within a variety of growth markets.

As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be fully responsible for providing the technical interface for the Production department and be involved with Project Management. Furthermore, your role will involve:
*A range of project work relating to new product introduction
*Handling a variety of issues which arise as new products transition to full production activity
*Responding to production process problems
*Identifying and implementing continuous improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in translating new designs. Furthermore, You will be a naturally organised and logical thinking engineer with the ability to work under pressure. Candidates must be fully computer literate and be used to working with MRP based production management systems. You will be able to apply ISO9001 and problem solving techniques such as 8D and with benefit further from experience within a batch production environment. Candidates with experience within a Medical, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace or Automotive industry are also encouraged to apply.
