Salary: up to £19,000
The role of Marketing and Sales Supervisor will involve selling meeting room space and co-ordinating and leading the marketing and sales function. You will also develop and implement the sales and marketing strategy as well as analysing this activity in line with set targets. The chosen candidate will also be responsible for supervising a team.
Key duties will include implementing marketing and advertising campaigns, developing a yearly marketing plan, maintaining/updating/creating marketing literature, updating the website as well as controlling and managing the marketing budget.
You will also be accountable for ensuring sales are maximised, quoting rates, supervising the reception team as well as other additional duties.
The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or a similar related discipline as well as previous experience of working in a marketing role in a customer focused environment. You will also have experience in administration and co-ordinating projects as well as proactive sales!
In addition you will have first class communication and customer service skills, be target driven with a real drive for making sales as well as strong negotiating skills. You will also be highly motivated, have the ability to prioritise and to work well as part of a team.
