Our client is looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join their team based in Birmingham at an exciting period of rapid expansion. You will be taking an important role within a small and friendly creative and production team, assuming real responsibilities from the start.
Job Title: PHP Developer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £20-£24k
Duties of the role include;
*Understanding a brief and translating it into a detailed work schedule.
*Developing a structured approach to tackling all projects of varying sizes.
*Working closely with the design team and accounts team to deliver a well structured architecture, with development notes which support what you have developed. You must always develop with change and scalability in mind.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will have developed knowledge of multiple content management systems, professional experience with a portfolio of past achievements, advanced knowledge of SQL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, Database architecture and design.
You will have strong attention to usability and design and be familiar with additional disciplines such as ActionScript, Mobile deployment and third party API's.
