This is an exciting opportunity for a consumer PR Account Manager to join a marketing communications company working on a range of accounts including business to business and business to consumer accounts.
The role of PR Account Manager will involve working across an array of accounts. You will be responsible for your own clients and there day to day management and workload.
Key accountabilities will be to assist the Account Director to plan and oversee all activity to include media liaison and photography. Duties will include undertaking day to day activity to include drafting press releases as well as assisting account executives.
The role will also involve producing review and proposal documents assisted by the Account Director and executives as well as dealing with budgets and producing monthly client updates. Producing proposals for existing and new clients is also a key accountability of the role.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification. You will also have established contacts within the consumer press and have worked in an agency environment. A solid understanding of digital PR is also essential for the role. You will also possess exceptional communication skills, be a good presenter along with strong written skills. Experience of business to business PR would also be advantageous.
