This is an exciting and unique opportunity for a Programme Administrator to join a market-leading learning and development consultancy and training provider based in Coleshill, Warwickshire.
Role: Programme Administrator
Salary: £15-16k (Initially on a 3 month contract, with a view to go permanent)
Location: Coleshill, Warwickshire
As a Programme Administrator, your role will include:
* Administration of a variety of programmes.
* The use of online systems and processes
* Generating reports for both internal and external use
* Booking travel and accommodation for facilitators
* Dealing with major clients on the phone and via email
* Supporting sales, facilitation and finance through administration
* Creating and refining the administration processes and procedures.
The successful candidate will be ideally educated to degree level and be able to demonstrate experience within a similar administration role which involve project or programme management. Qualifications within Project Management are a bonus! Furthermore, candidates will benefit from previous experience within the Learning and Development industry and be a particularly skilled user of both Microsoft office packages such as Excel. Candidates with experience of using Adobe indesign software, mail chimp and survey monkey are highly desirable.
