Our client is a world leader in the management of a range of events on a global scale for industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, finance and legal. They deliver a range of events from highly prestigious but small meetings for VIP's, to large overseas events, ride and drives and product launches.

Due to successful development of current automotive clients as well as exciting new business wins coming on board, they are looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to join their automotive team and work with a range of high-end manufacturers. Events in this team can range from bespoke incentives, conferences, press launches and large scale complex dealership events for 1000's of delegates. The dealership events tend to take place over a number of weeks usually in Europe with delegates attending from a number of different global countries and are multi-activity events with different vehicle ride and drives as well as class room training.

As a strong Project Manager on this team your responsibilities will be focused on:

*Full cost proposals for events
*3rd party supplier management
*Budget management (up to £1m)
*Hotel liaison
*Client management
*Overseeing delegate management
*Arranging flights, travel, transfers
*Managing complex event rotations
*On-site management of event and team

Automotive event experience (ideally from an event agency) is an absolute MUST for this position - please do not apply unless you have delivered similar events in an agency or on behalf of an automotive manufacturer.
