We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team of bright, enthusiastic and energetic people in the Client Services team. We are a leading marketing research and global consumer relationship management provider, dealing with leading retail companies to deliver on their brand promise. We have clients worldwide, spread across 15 countries.
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for the co-ordination of key client deliverables by creating, maintaining and providing continual management of projects plans for new programs. Communicating with clients, internal and external suppliers on a daily basis. You will have proven experience of managing multiple projects in a fast paced environment, experience of managing client expectations and dealing with negotiations, complaints and problem solving.
Candidates MUST be Fluent in German, any other languages will be an asset. Ideally candidates should hold a Degree in Business, Commerce or Market Research and will have covered courses in basic strategic training.
