Job Title: Project Manager (Marketing, Advertising, Events experience)
Location: Stratford Upon Avon
Salary: £22k- £25k

RESEARCH & PROPOSAL PREPARATION:
-Liaising with account managers to ascertain precise requirements
-Obtaining quotations for development work
-Working directly with the Customer Service Manager to source appropriate campaigns
-Preparing full project proposals and costings

MANAGEMENT OF CREATIVE PROGRAMMES:
-Creating, implementing and monitoring programmes and creating microsites/websites with a bespoke CMS system for our clients to aid in the delivery of their campaigns
-Liaising with clients and designers to create a brand
-Design of online programmes
-Liaising with clients to administer programmes and provide a dedicated point of contact
-Regular html email communication/e-shots to campaign users
-Proactively monitor and push programmes to achieve clients goals

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or will hold an equivalent level qualification and will have previous marketing or incentives experience. You will have proven project management skills in a marketing, advertising, events or incentives department or agency. Ideally Prince2 trained along with previous use of online content management systems (CMS) and a keen eye for detail when creating websites for clients and experience of creating well designed and engaging websites. Excellent working knowledge of Word (proposal writing), Excel (a great deal of data manipulation and reporting) and Powerpoint (preparing engaging professional presentations) is required for this position as well as excellent inter-personal, communication and influencing skills at all levels.

The successful candidate will be willing to travel and stay away from home when required.
