We are looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our team based in West Bromwich.
Job Title - Purchase Ledger Assistant
Location - West Bromwich
Salary - £16,000
Candidates must be experienced in accounts payable / purchase ledger management and administration. Your day to day duties will include maintaining and updating purchase ledger records, accurate input of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger - including employee expense claims, process supplier invoices, process purchase price variances to the appropriate code. You will also be reviewing supplier statements to highlight long outstanding invoices for action, liaise between our staff and suppliers in relation to all purchase ledger queries, conduct administrative housekeeping, file processed invoices and general administration duties as required. Experience with computerised Purchase Ledger management systems is essential for this position
Candidates must hold a degree or equivalent level qualification. You must have good communication skills as well as numeracy and literacy skills.
Candidates must also live in a commutable distance from West Bromwich.
