QA Manager required by leading convenience food manufacturer, based in the Midlands. They are looking to recruit a degree qualified Quality Assurance Manager to join their technical team at their Tamworth manufacturing site.

Salary: £32,000 - £38,000
Duties of the role:
*Ensuring all factory practices conform to current procedures, HACCP requirements, legality and customer expectations.
*Developing monitoring procedures and continuous improvement to drive standards, and maintain food safety.
*Liaising and co-ordinating team of trained QA auditors.
*Motivating, training and coaching team members, whilst ensuring team cohesion.
Candidates will be educated to degree/HND level and will demonstrate leadership experience within a high risk chilled production environment. A strong knowledge of HACCP and Quality Management systems is essential, in addition to Food Safety/HACCP qualifications.
Candidates will have proven leadership abilities, strong communication skills and will be committed to delivering results.
