A reinvigorated automotive manufacturing company in the Northamptonshire area are looking to recruit a contract quality engineer to help them through the busy period that they now find themselves in due to NPI.

The Automotive company are looking for a quality engineer to work on contract for approximately 3 - 6 months with the possibility of extension.

The role will primarily involve NPI, APQP, CMM, Metrology, corrective action management, making sure that containment is effectively implemented to prevent the customer from receiving reject components and then following through to make sure that the failure cannot repeat.

The quality engineer must come from a background where experience of welding processes has been gained and ideally robotic welding processes. An understanding of the Automotive industry is also an essential part of this position.
