Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager - (Client Side) - Oxfordshire

Graduate Quantity Surveyor Background

Up To £35k + Package - Dependent on Experience

Due to expansion our client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to their growing team in Oxfordshire. The company is one of the largest providers of care homes throughout the UK. Their turnover is around £100million and growing every year.

The ideal candidate for this role will be working as a QS for a PQS Practice/Client who also holds the relevant Degree qualification. Our client are looking for someone who has a good strong commercial background and have the ability to manage their client base. You will be the main focal point to their clients overseeing commercial aspects of projects and managing the process going forward.

To be considered for this role you will have to hold relevant quantity surveying degree qualification and either be working for a PQS practice or client side
