This a fantastic opportunity for a Reception Manager to join a company based in Birmingham!

This role will involve being responsible for the smooth running of the reception and leading a team of receptionists. You will be responsible for developing your team, dealing with customer bookings and reservations, driving sales forward as well as offering the highest level of customer service at all times!

The chosen candidate will hold a graduate level qualification and have previous experience in reception management. Along with this you will have experience of driving sales, developing a team, working well under pressure along with the ability to deal with challenging situations. First class communications skills are also essential along with a passion for providing the highest level of customer service!

Salary: up to £17.5k
