Recruitment Branch Manager required by a health care recruitment agency based in Birmingham
The Recruitment Branch Manager will be a sales driven individual who thrives on autonomy to manage a well established Birmingham branch.
Building on the company's success, you will drive the business forward as you take ownership of a busy and profitable branch. You'll lead all aspects of business development, marketing, relationship management, strategy planning, re-sourcing and performance, whilst constantly tracking commercial achievements against target. We will look to you to get the most from every member of the team, while ensuring full legislative compliance in all you do, and you will directly advise and negotiate with major clients to retain and expand their business.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Ideally have experience as a Branch Manager from within the Recruitment Industry.
Have a proven track record in sales and customer service
Can demonstrate they have a history of working to budgets and use profit and loss accounts to deliver above average results.
Have a proven track record of developing new business, be articulate with a persuasive manner.
The successful candidate will be a graduate or hold an equivalent level qualification
