Key accountabilities include:
*Proactively developing new business and establishing strong client relationships.
*Sourcing suitable candidates through advertising roles and headhunting.
*Providing a high-level of account management and customer service.
*Communicating effectively with all relevant parties.
Candidates will be educated to degree level and will be able to demonstrate previous experience within a sales/recruitment environment.
Candidates will possess a positive can-do attitude and will demonstrate a hunger to produce results in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training and development, as well as a clear progression plan. Candidates will also work towards uncapped earnings and a range of targeted incentives.
