Recruitment Consultant

We are looking to recruit an ambitious and sales focused Recruitment Consultant to work at our offices based in Birmingham City Centre on the temps desk. We are a UK wide recruitment company that offers employers a range of services and solutions for the entire employment and business cycle including permanent, temporary and contract recruitment; employee assessment and selection; training; outplacement; outsourcing and consulting. This would be an exciting opportunity for graduates with the drive and ambition with previous recruitment experience.

You will have commercial temps desk experience and be able to prove the work you have done, targets achieved and time sheet value.

Duties of the role include:

> Partaking in an active Business development programme, such as telephone calls and client presentations, in order to generate new and prospective vacancies.

> Handling a large candidate database, screening and interviewing potential applicants.

> Assessing candidate suitability for roles and the requirements of the client.

> Representing both candidates and clients throughout the application and interview process. 

> Commercial temps desk experience and be able to prove the work you have done, targets achieved and time sheet value
