THE ROLE: This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Applicant Generation Team in Coventry.

As a Resourcer working in a fast-paced, lively and fun environment you will be coordinating with a team of Researchers and Account Management teams across the UK to identify talent within the market place.

You will be responsible for engaging with these candidates to ensure they fully understand what BMS can offer and arranging an interview with a Consultant at the relevant office. As the first point of contact for candidates you will be an ambassador for BMS.

THE INDIVIDUAL: The successful Resourcer will be self-motivated and results orientated. As you will be communicating with external candidates and internal stakeholders, you will possess excellent communication skills. In addition, you will be professional, polite and be a real team player.

Previous resourcing / recruitment experience would be highly desirable but is not essential. If you have worked in a sales or customer focused environment and can demonstrate a real passion to work in recruitment, then your application will be considered.

THE PACKAGE:
* Basic Salary: £18,000 - £21,000 depending on experience
* Bonus: up to £5,000 per annum
* Benefits: 25 Days holiday, Pension.
